Well today was another day to check off that I went to the gym! I actually got there approx 20 minutes before I met with Michelle so I got a great warm up with some brisk walking. At 1030 I met with Michelle and I got to run hills for about 17 minutes! YEAH! I was able to keep my speed at 5.2 though the hills and all! Then we finished on the bike for 15 minutes with yes you guest it- more hills! So I have 10 more days of the 12 days of fitness! How are you doing?

I am now a mother to a beautiful baby boy, an encouraging wife to my assistant professor husband, a Registered Nurse, and manage to keep a german shorthair pointer and two cats alive, as well as enjoy the house maintenance of a 90 yr old home.
