So the Challenge begins...


Well the challenge this month is the 12 days of fitness at the gym I attend. The goal: go to the gym 12 days in the month of December-not consecutive, not for a specific time; just make it to the gym to work out for however long for 12 days in the next 31. I challenge you to do the same during this time when exercise gets put on the back burner. I will keep you updated.

Oh, and because I signed up I get a t-shirt with the above artwork on it! Isn't is so cute! Santa running after his cookies and milk! What a hoot!
