Just got back from the gym. I did intervals of running/ walking for 30 minutes. I did 90 sec run/90 sec walk, 3 min run/3 min walk, 90 sec run/90 sec walk, 3 min run/ 3 min walk ect. I pushed myself on the runs to run as fast and hard as I could and succeeded. Day 2 is tomorrow with Michelle- I am sure to have a butt kicking good time :)
