12 Days of Fitness (4 out of 12!)



Today I made a date with a friend to meet at the gym at 5:30 for ZUMBA! She ran her errands for our ER Christmas party for tomorrow and I FINISHED my Christmas shopping. We got our groove on and shimmied our way through ZUMBA and plan to meet again next week! What have you done to keep your jolly belly in check today? Remember even a 5 minute brisk walk is better than nothing; I am saying this for myself as it gets colder and I don't want to move-let alone go to the gym!
